CEETEL SELECTS TELEMAC PREPAID TECHNOLOGY®
FOR SOUTH AFRICA

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – March 19, 2006 – Telemac Corporation, the global leader in network-edge real-time accounting and billing technologies for the wireless industry has entered into an agreement with Ceetel Holdings (Pty) Limited to license Telemac Prepaid Technology® for Ceetel’s entry into providing prepaid wireless services in South Africa.

Telemac’s patented state-of-the-art real-time service control platform for prepaid wireless services, Telemac Prepaid Technology® enables each wireless device to securely monitor the value of all voice and data calls, charge usage values against the customer’s credit balances in real-time, and bar calls when a customer reaches their credit limit, among other features.

Ceetel is a contract manufacturer of GSM mobile phones, headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa. Ceetel intends to utilize its mobile phone distribution network to roll out a national prepaid wireless program in South Africa beginning in late 2007. To implement its plan, Ceetel is negotiating a reseller agreement with a major South African network operator and a major distributor, and intends to utilize Telemac integration partners for technical integration and operational services.
