Sisteer to Manage Implementations of Telemac CostControl Technology® for Real-Time Service Control, Payment, and Related Services

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – July 24, 2007 – Sisteer S.A., a leading European provider of wireless customer care and billing support systems (CCP) and Telemac Corporation, the global leader in network-edge real-time accounting and billing technologies for the wireless industry have entered into a multi-year teaming agreement. This strategic partnership allows Sisteer to include Telemac’s innovative real-time network-edge billing solutions in its end-to-end billing platform for wireless operators. Sisteer will license, manage and support wireless billing programs using Telemac CostControl® technology in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Since its launch in 2002, Sisteer has rapidly grown to become one of Europe’s major suppliers of billing, rating, customer relationship management (CRM) and business systems support (BSS) / CCP systems to MVNOs, MNOs and enterprises providing wireless services to more than 5 million subscribers.
