Telemac Granted Additional United States Patent Allowance

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – February 6, 2008 – Telemac Corporation, the global leader in network-edge real-time service control, accounting and billing technologies for the wireless industry, has been awarded an additional patent allowance in the United States.

The United States Patent Office has granted Telemac a patent allowance that covers a method and system to determine a charge for a data communication session between a network and a wireless device. The invention includes a data-rating application that resides in the wireless device. The features of this invention are included in Telemac ABS™ technology.

The allowance should mature into a patent in about 90 days.
With the issuance of this patent and allowances previously announced, Telemac will have 213 patents and patents pending in a total of 41 countries, consisting of: 84 patents and allowances in 32 countries and a further 129 patents pending in 38 countries. Of the total, Telemac will have including 14 patents, one allowance and a further four patents pending in the United States.
